Thank you for choosing WRESTLING FANTASY.COM. You are ready to play the most unique wrestling game on the internet. Please familiarize yourself with the rules and scoring system by reading this page before you register a team. Contestant Rules -WrestlingFantasy.com is now a pay site. Each season will cost $4.99. You can pay by Paypal on the PLAY page. For every player that you refer and plays, you earn $1.00. I will credit your paypal account by the 14th of July. -W.W.F.E. Inc. employees, families, or ANYONE who has access to scripts are strictly forbidden to play. - The first step is to click on the "Price List" link. Here you will find a list of all the WWF superstars available to be signed to your team along with their current prices. - You have $10,000,000 to sign up to 5 wrestling superstars to your team. It is recommended that you have a calculator nearby to ensure that the total cost of the wrestlers you wish to buy is less than or equal to $10,000,000. - Once you have decided on the number of wrestlers you wish to select to your team, click on the "PLAY" link and fill-in every field with the required information. Create your own team name and password but remember to be respectful, enter your email address, and click on the box next to the wrestlers you want to assign to your team. You are permitted to register one team for every email address you own! (Please remember that all fields must be filled-in and your roster of wrestlers must cost $10,000,000 or less) - Your team will start accumulating points when the season begins and you have a roster of up to 5 superstars who have been signed to your team correctly. - Wrestlers obtain points a number of ways every week on Raw & Smackdown, as well as the monthly PPV, as outlined in the Scoring System on this page. Player's prices will stay the same for each individual season. Trades - You are permitted 1 trade a season. Trades will be allowed every week starting at 7:00 a.m. (West Coast Time) every Friday until 6:00 p.m. (West Coast Time) the following Monday. No trades the weekend of the PPV. -A trade is when you decide to sell one wrestler on your roster and replace them with another. Please note that you can only trade a wrestler for another of the same price or less unless you have the cash remaining to cover the costs. For example, suppose you have $2,000,000 in remaining cash and you choose to trade Austin (price is $3,000,000) for The Rock (price is $4,000,000)...this would be permitted and you would be left with $1,000,000. So buy low and sell high! - When you sell a player and replace that wrestler with a new one your team keeps all of the points that the wrestler has accumulated since he/she was signed to your roster, however you do not collect the points that the newly acquired superstar obtained while not on your roster. In short, your team only receives points from wrestlers currently on your roster. For example, if you trade Austin who has been on your roster all season and has 500 points for The Rock (who has 655 points)...your team will keep the 500 points that Austin earned but will not obtain the additional 655 points that The Rock collected while not on your team.. REMEMBER: -No trades allowed after 6:00 p.m. Monday the week of the PPV. - All players are permitted one trade a season. If you do not use your allowed trade one season it does not accumulate. -You are only allowed to trade one wrestler for another. Not one for two or three, even if you have the money to cover all the wrestlers. Season -The INVASION Season will begin on June 25th, 2001 Raw is War and will end July 24th, 2001 at the WWF INVASION PPV.. Wrestlers on your roster will begin to collect points as soon as the season begins. - Do not be frustrated if you are uncertain regarding these rules. Wrestling Fantasy.com is not as complicated as it may seem and everyone is welcome to play. Scoring System - When a wrestler is a contestant in a match in which their is no official winner, the wrestler will receive 15 points. - When a wrestler administers a solid "foreign object shot" to any part of another character anywhere and anytime during the broadcast they will receive 25 points. NOTE! only "foreign object shots" delivered and connecting with significant force will count for points. Foreign Objects include chairs, tables, pipes, ring bell, forklift, etc. This is per match or appearance. Your wrestler does not get 25 points per foreign object shot to the same wrestler. For example, if the Rock hits Austin with 6 chair shots, the ring bell, and the Heavyweight Title Belt, the Rock will get 25 points total, not 200 points. But if the Rock hits Austin with a chair (25pts), Christian with a chair (25pts), and Kurt Angle with the ring bell (25pts), he will collect 75 points. - When a wrestler makes an appearance in front of the crowd that wrestler will receive 30 points. NOTE! a wrestler will not receive points for appearances backstage, outside of the arena or as an announcer (i.e. Tazz). - When a wrestler administers their "special move" to another character anywhere and anytime during the broadcast they will receive 35 points. The "special move" must connect with significant force. - When a wrestler is involved in the main event as a contestant in the match or a guest referee they will collect 25 points. - When a wrestler is a contestant in a (non-title) match in which they win or are declared the winner, the wrestler will collect 50 points. NOTE! all wrestlers involved on a winning "tag team" or any other team will receive the points as well. - When a wrestler or "tag team" successfully defends their title, they will obtain 75 points. - When a wrestler or "tag team" wins a title (Heavyweight, Intercontinental, European, Women's, Hardcore, Light Heavyweight or Tag-Team) they will receive 100 points. -If there is a tie at the end of the Season for 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd place, there will be a "Sudden Death" play-off the next night following the PPV on RAW. Each team will submit a trade of 1 of their players that does not match the trade of another. Whoever gets their trade to me first will have first say. Each team will get points from RAW, and whoever gets the most points will be declared the winner. If you have any questions or recommendations please send email.
